Sweet little Olive’s Placentia newborn session was truly a pleasure to capture. Born on May 27, 2019 after deciding that she wanted to stay in for an extra week. Olive did amazing for sure session, sleeping the whole time. Thankfully she only peed on the blankets and that was just a couple minutes into the session. Overall a wonderful session!
When I first got to meet little Olive I was truly amazed by how much hair this sweet little girl has. There is just something about a sleeping little baby with a full head of hair that completely amazes me.
Tony and Alicia moved into their new home shortly before Olive joined this world. I was so very excited to capture their session in their home! And what a blessing their home is, right in their front room is a HUGE window. With perfect overcast skies out side and a large working area inside, I was able to do her session completely natural light! I truly love doing Placentia newborn session, it is a stunning town.
One of my favorite things during a newborn session is actually to watch the parents. Tony and Alicia were bending over each other to see around me and watch their sleeping little angel. Olive was none the wiser to what was going on in the room. Though she did like to let us know she didn’t like her feet by her tummy.
One thing that I always try to do during a newborn session is if there is a fur sibling get them in the photo somehow. This time it worked and we got some really cute images of the two of them. I loved doing her newborn session and can not wait to capture the next chapter in her sweet little life.
